Remembering Dear Ellen for all her dedication to Saturday Club. Always there for the young people with learning disabilities showing them care and kindness. Ellen Player was an amazing woman who if had passed away in different times Westminster Abbey wouldn't be big enough to fill with all those whose lives she touched. I met Ellen in 1997 and she was a woman who once you meet her you felt that you had known her years. Ellen was always busy looking after her children and other people's who needed her love and guidance. She supported me when I married and moved overseas and kept in touch. I visited her home and always felt part of her family. She was a great agony aunt that you could turn too. A beautiful woman with a loving heart and it was for everyone no matter what creed colour or ability. Missed seeing you this past year. Rest now Ellen, take it easy, love you xx Carol Reynolds
